We’re Finn and Josch. We’re creative partners, musicians, friends. Zimmer90 is not just a band, but rather this one art project, where all our interests and inspirations unite and build something beautiful. It is a special place for us. We see it as an overall concept because our interests reach further than just making music. We not only like music, but also art, design, and architecture. Zimmer90 is created by our special connection, from which the music grows, and we want to build a free space, where everyone can be fulfilled individually.
We are creating our music together and, in the process, everyone can bring their unique personality and skills into it. While Finn is more sensitive, mindful, and structured, Josch is a restless creative force and can shake things up easily when we are stuck. Our unique personality traits complete each other perfectly and we are constantly learning to work together and lift each other up. We compose and write all our music by ourselves including a lot of the production.
What we think is special about our music, is that we create electronic music and mix it with acoustic sounds. When we play on stage, our sound is very different to the sound you hear when listening to our songs. We like to think of it as a journey we’re in together with our crowd. We start somewhere slow and let ourselves just float through the concert, until everything becomes blurry. Most of the time we end up in an electronic disco party where everyone dances and the stage is not the focus anymore.

The beloved French label Kitsuné released our single ‘Fall Back’ from our first EP as featured Artist.
Our very first headline tour with 28 shows in 2023 was sold out.
After playing 25 live gigs in 2022, we got to play even more shows in 2023 -28 headline shows and 16 festivals. Some of these have been on our bucket list since forever: MS Dockville (Mainstage, 10K visitors), BR Puls Open Air, Apple Tree Garden.
Our songs ‘Summer Rain’ (#7) and ‘What Love Is’ (#1) went viral on Instagram and the sound of ‘What Is Love’ has over 1.6M creations on Instagram and 250K creations and millions of views on Tiktok.
